Shipping & Returns

All orders will be shipped within 3 business days of the order being placed . Live good orders will be shipped Fed Ex Standard Overnight , UPS or USPS depending on our dicision & must be signed for. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Live good shipping charges are $50 for out of California. If you are in California, shipping cost will be the flat rate of $ 25.00. These flat freight cost includes Styro box, heat pack, cold pack if needed. Order above $ 250 will be free of freight charges.This rule only applies to live stock order. Shipping cost for any dry goods will be quoted separately unless they are small enough to fit into your live stock order.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. NO Shipping to P.O.B , Post Office Box . A live person must be there to sign the package. If you are not there to receive a package and instruct us to drop the box. Guarantee is void. We prefer that you have the box held at the facility but you have to provide us the address.


If there is any DOA of live animals, you must report via email or phone message within 24 hours (provided that you have to do proper acclimation). You are required to send us pics of any damaged /DOAS within 4 hours. We will issue store credit only (minus freight cost.). We are never responsible for freight cost.
If you are local to Southern California & desire local pickup, send us an email to wetthumbfrags@yahoo.com PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER and make an appointment to pick up your live animals /products. There are no charges for local pickup.
